What we love about the platform is its ability to turn creative chaos into a structured process. Each client project becomes a clear visual dashboard where clients can monitor progress in real time. It also allows clients to make edits, leave comments, and approve posts.

 

The Google Suite: The All-in-One Ecosystem

Collaboration wouldn’t be complete without mentioning the Google Suite. Gmail, Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Sheets everything is there to organize information in a coherent and accessible way.

At Middle, Google Drive is our shared library where every document and asset finds its place. A dedicated Drive is created for each client, ensuring information confidentiality and organization tailored to each client’s specific needs.

 

Our internal process is simple: content is first drafted in Google Docs, and once completed, it is uploaded to Asana for client approval.

 

Slack: Our Communication Channel

Behind the scenes, Slack is the main communication channel for our internal team. This platform centralizes our daily exchanges, facilitates coordination, and allows smooth and instant information sharing. Occasionally, we also use it to communicate with certain clients if needed.
